Let’s take a look at pictures of my tomato plant from the beginning of the summer. When I first got the little guy it was healthy but small. Within a month he had grown up to be about 2 feet, and had started to put out little yellow flowers. I assumed that this big terra cotta pot would be big enough for such a small plant. Little did I know though, that it would soon take over my window!
Its a good foot over my head! Note the little red jewels of tomatoes dotted around it. As the lower leaves have gotten old I trimmed them off, and there are still yellow blossoms at the top of the vine. I love ‘maters!
