Coconut Shrimp

I really enjoy shrimp, probably because I enjoy eating. I have had coconut shrimp a few times when I eaten out and the problem I find with it, is that the coconut is too sweet and it is usually served with and even sweeter dipping sauce.

To cut through the sweetness, but retain the crunch I’ve thrown panko breadcrumbs into the mix.
